MVR Axial Flow Pump
MVR Axial Flow Pump
MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) axial flow pumps are a type of pump that is used in industrial processes where heat energy needs to be transferred from one fluid to another. These pumps use mechanical vapor recompression to increase the temperature of a process fluid by compressing vapor and then using it to heat the fluid.
MVR axial flow pumps work by using a rotor to move the fluid through the pump, creating a flow of fluid that is directed through a diffuser that expands the fluid and reduces its velocity. As the fluid expands, it creates a pressure drop that causes some of the fluid to vaporize. The vapor is then compressed by the rotor and directed back into the process stream to increase its temperature.
